"Prices just felt kind of unfair"
The prices just felt, like, way too high for what you actually get. I saw the same shoes on other sites for less, and then the shipping cost here made it feel even worse. I don’t know, it just didn’t really feel fair to me at all.

"Easy checkout with good payment options"
Checkout was straightforward, and I liked having a few different payment options to choose from. I paid by card and it went through smoothly without any extra weird steps. I guess it would’ve been better if all the options were shown a little more clearly earlier on, but it wasn’t a big deal and the whole thing was still easy enough.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from caliroots, and to be fair, the website was easy to use. The shoes arrived in good condition, the packaging was fine, and delivery didn’t take too long, so no real complaints there.
That said, the shipping cost was higher than I expected for just one item, which was a little annoying. I’d probably order again, but only if there’s a decent sale or something to make the extra cost feel less ridiculous.

Just a heads up for anyone wondering about their customer service: I had a small issue with my order and reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. They fixed it without making the whole thing complicated or dragging it out for days. I had to send my order back, and the refund came through really quickly. I didn’t have to keep emailing, refreshing my bank app, checking tracking every five minutes, or wondering if someone had forgotten about it. Caliroots.com was easy to use. The pages loaded fast. I found the brands and sizes I wanted without much searching.
The filters were actually helpful. Especially for shoes and sale items. Checkout was quick too. No weird steps or confusing pages.
My only small issue was the product photos. Some could be clearer. But overall, the site felt smooth and easy to shop on

I was worried I’d be stuck dealing with a complicated return process, but it ended up being quick and easy. Such a relief not to feel trapped with something I didn’t need.

I ordered from Caliroots and the shipping was quick, maybe around a week or so total. The tracking updated fine for the most part, though it seemed to sit there for an extra day near the end. Not a big deal though, overall I’m happy with how it went.

I ordered from caliroots.com as soon as I saw the box, I figured it was going to be fine. It wasn’t all smashed up or anything, and the shoes inside were wrapped nicely. Everything looked clean, protected, and there was no damage at all. I know it’s a small thing, but good packaging makes a difference. I’d order from them again.

I was shocked they actually had my size in stock, because everywhere else seemed completely wiped out. Ordering was super easy, and what showed as available was actually available, no annoying cancellation email two days later. Kind of felt like a small miracle. Happy with the whole experience.

They feel sturdy, comfortable, and look just like the photos online. I didn’t notice any weird glue marks or cheap materials either. I ordered a pair of sneakers from caliroots and, to be fair, they did look authentic when they arrived. The box, tags, stitching, and little details all seemed fine to me. Compared to pairs I’ve bought from official stores before, nothing immediately stood out as fake or suspicious.
That said, the packaging was a little rough, and I kind of expected more reassurance for the price. I’ve had other sneaker shops include more info or at least make the delivery feel more careful, so this left me with a bit of doubt. Overall, not a bad experience, but I wouldn’t say I felt completely confident either.

"Pretty good deals if you catch them"
I ordered from caliroots after spotting a discount code, and it went through at checkout without any drama, so that was nice. The prices were better than a few other places I checked, and they had some decent promo stuff too. Delivery was fine, not lightning fast, but totally okay, I’m calm about it. I’d probably shop there again when another sale pops up.
